About the role
Manage the day-to-day operations of our boutique villa on Lake Balaton, from guest relations to vendor coordination and staff scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily villa operations and guest experience
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and events staff
- Manage bookings and vendor relationships
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- 2+ years in hospitality or property management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Driver's license
- Hungarian and English fluency
