About the role

Support hiring and onboarding for our growing Szeged office, working closely with team leads on recruitment and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for open roles
• Run onboarding for new hires
• Maintain HR documentation and policies
• Support employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years in an HR or recruitment role
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Hungarian and English fluency
