About the role
Help our hosts and hotel partners get the most out of GuestPMS. You'll be the friendly voice that solves problems and builds long-term customer trust.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Troubleshoot product issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain our help center and FAQ content
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product team
Requirements
- 1+ years in customer support, ideally SaaS
- Excellent written communication in Hungarian and English
- Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented
